Protein-Packed Waffles

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 egg whites (I usually just do 2 whole eggs)
  • Spices as desired (cinnamon, pumpkin spice, apple pie, vanilla or almond extract, etc)
Instructions
  • Blend
If your batter seems too thick, add a couple tablespoons of water or almond milk
  • Spray iron + pour
  • Set timer to twice as long as normal batter (I set mine to 5:30)
  • Top (My favorite is fresh blueberries and honey)
