I signed up with my coach right after a couple of my friends completed a program called 80 Day Obsession. I saw their before and after photos and I was shocked! Why hadn't I joined them? What had I missed out on? If they could do it, was it possible that I could too? Man, I feel dumb for making fun of them at girls night for eating veggies instead of cake. Look at the difference! I was ready to make a change. I had lost some weight after my 3rd baby, but it started creeping up again. It was my time to get it together.
March 2019 - 172 LBS
I still have a ways to go to my goal weight, but I am excited about the healthy changes I've made in my life so far! Some of the biggest changes I've made have been:
1. I quit Pepsi cold turkey. I was drinking up to 6 cans a day. Eeeeek!
2. Started working out and following a macronutrient (portion container) meal plan.
3. I have mostly cut out cereal, milk, and white flour from my diet.
4. I have started participating in personal development every day and improving mindset.
